Picking team Estonia was in many ways akin to finding a country willing to militarily intervene in Somalia – Everyone had their own positives and negatives as well as their own hidden agendas. The selection process was as rigorous as a military commission hearing, which means that a lot of evidence was looked at before any decision could be made. The four that were chosen had no previous records of marital abuse, and so were found to be quite appropriate candidates. There was some doubt at first that the members would not be very friendly with one another, but thanks to the mutually assured destruction theory, everything has been going along rather smoothly. Apart from all of us sharing a common love for debate and all that comes with it, we also have our own passions and interests. Martin is an avid Mac user and that statement alone probably says enough about him. Karmen is little miss sunshine of the team, not because she is unusually cheerful, but because of her short stature. Rauno loves wearing tight clothing in public and Paul is the boy with the golden reddish hair who feasts off any attention that he can get.
